By downloading Safe Squad, these Terms and Conditions of Use legally bind you. Meaning that you shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Application is used in accordance with this Agreement and any instructions we provide in relation to the Application. Note that we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge that the terms of the agreement with your respective mobile network carrier will continue to apply when using the Mobile Application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Mobile Application or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such costs that occur, as this is independent from Safe Squad. You agree to receive pre-programmed notifications (“Location Alerts”) on the Mobile App. You agree to (and shall) abide by the terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant for which your Redemption relates to, as may be amended from time to time.

You warrant that all information provided on Registration and contained as part of your Account is true, complete and accurate and that you will promptly inform us of any changes to such information by updating the information in your Account. To engage in any unlawful activity as listed as prohibited activities in  connection with the use of the Mobile Application or the Services; or

engage in any conduct which, in our exclusive reasonable opinion, restricts or inhibits any other customer from properly using or enjoying the Mobile Application or Services.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
• To send or receive any material which is technically harmful (including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, injections, malware, ransomware, worms, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data); other than in conformance with accepted Internet practices and practices of any connected networks;
• execute any form of network monitoring which will intercept data not intended for you;
• engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords;
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
• attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
• sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
• use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
• decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
• attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
• harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
• delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
• copy or adapt the Site’s software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
• upload or transmi material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site Or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site.
• upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation,clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
• except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
• disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
• use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

If you use (or anyone other than you, with your permission uses) the Mobile Application, any Services in contravention of these Safe Squad Mobile App LLC reserves the right to revoke user privileges for any person(s) engaging in such  behaviors deemed offensive or contrary to the terms outlined in the rules and guidelines for application use via an IP ban or any other methods given necessity. No reason must be provided legally by Safe Squad Mobile App LLC upon removal of a user account as outlined in section.

If we should suspend the Services or Mobile Application, we may refuse to restore the Services or Mobile Application for your use until we receive an assurance from you, in a form we deem acceptable, that there will be no further breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

We do not warrant that your use of the Services or the Mobile Application will be uninterrupted and we do not warrant that any information (or messages) transmitted via the Services or the Mobile Application will be transmitted accurately, reliably, in a timely manner or at all. Notwithstanding that we will try to allow uninterrupted access to the Services and the Mobile Application, access to the Services and the Mobile Application may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or Services on the Mobile Application from time to time. Your access to the Mobile Application and the Services may also be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to withdraw any information or Services from the Mobile Application at any time.

We reserve the right to block access to and to edit or remove any material which in our reasonable opinion may give rise to a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Without limitation to anything else in this Clause we shall be entitled immediately or at any time (in whole or in part) to: (a) suspend the Services and/or Mobile Application; (b) suspend your use of the Services and/or Mobile Application; and/or (c) suspend the use of the Services and/or Mobile Application for persons we believe to be connected (in whatever manner) to you, if:

you commit any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use;

Should we suspect, on reasonable grounds, that you have, might or will commit a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use; or

we suspect, on reasonable grounds, that you may have committed or be committing any fraud against us or any person.

We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of any third parties howsoever caused, and for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, howsoever caused, resulting from or in connection with the mobile application and the services offered in the mobile app, your access to, use of or inability to use the mobile app or the services provided in the mobile application, reliance on or downloading from the mobile application and/or services, or any delays, inaccuracies in the information or in its transmission including but not limited to damages for loss of business or profits, use, data or other intangible, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever and whatever the cause thereof, for any indirect, consequential, collateral, special or incidental loss or damage suffered or incurred by you in connection with the Mobile Application and these Terms and Conditions of Use. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use, indirect or consequential loss or damage includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings or business, loss of data or goodwill, loss of use or value of any equipment including software, claims of third parties, and all associated and incidental costs and expenses.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork, and other graphic materials, and names, logos, and trademarks on the Safe Squad Mobile Application are protected by copyright laws, and intellectual property laws belong .These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcast or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by  Safe squad Mobile App LLC. one should breach terms and conditions and attempts to steal or plagiarize. Safe Squad has full authority to pursue legal action.

Nothing contained on the Mobile Application should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Mobile Application without our written permission. Misuse of any trademarks or any other content displayed on the Mobile Application is strictly prohibited. We will not hesitate to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use of our trademarks, name or symbols to preserve and protect its rights in the matter. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted on the Mobile Application and shall take effect from the date of such posting.
